Newfold Farm is a hub of activity and community within the idyllic setting of Edale Village. We offer a variety of accommodation options for guests, including camping, glamping and guest houses. Additionally on site, we offer quality local food and drink in The Fold cafe/bistro as well as local produce and essentials available to purchase in the Edale General Store. Read our story below
Under New Management
NEWFOLD FARM is one of the oldest farms in our beautiful village of Edale. Since the 1960s it has also been home to Cooper’s Campsite, run for many years by Roger and Penny Cooper, who took it on from Roger’s father and ran it until their retirement in 2020.
About the campsite
The campsite is made up of four fields, which we have named after some of the beautiful birds that inhabit the valley and surrounding moors. Over the next few years Newfold Farm’s new family have plans to redevelop the toilet block and farm buildings, modernise the camping pitches and install some friendly resident animals to broaden the family camping experience.
